We aim to provide you with the guidelines for a comfortable stay in our home by sharing the house rules with you. For all other additional information please speak to your host on number +385 99 646 8648 (Dominik) and +385 99 503 9325 (Tin) or you can reach out to us by an email: contact@thesolhome.com
~ Accommodation is available from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
~ Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables left in the apartments/rooms. The owner is not liable for any subsequent loss.
~ Guests are accountable for their conduct within the premises and the surrounding area. In the event of an accident, guests are expected to take responsibility for any consequences.
~ Ensure the doors to the apartments/rooms are securely locked from the inside. When leaving, it is essential to lock the doors and windows, close sunshades, switch off lights, and power down all electrical appliances (e.g., TV, air conditioning, stove), as well as turn off taps.
~ In exceptional circumstances, and when a guest is absent, the facility owner reserves the right to enter the apartment/room to prevent potential damage or danger. The owner is obligated to inform the guest about such entry during their first subsequent contact.
~ Prohibited actions include the destruction of equipment and furniture, creating disorder, and causing disturbances that inconvenience other guests. Loud noises are strictly forbidden between 10 PM and 7 AM.
~ The use of apartment/room contents is restricted to registered guests. However, the host may, upon a guest's request, grant permission for visits during specific times.
~ The introduction of weapons, explosives, and highly flammable materials is strictly prohibited.
~ The utilization of equipment and appliances not included in the standard offerings of the apartments/rooms requires explicit consent from the host.
~ Should there be any disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, or equipment in the apartments/rooms, guests must promptly inform the host. If such incidents arise due to the guest's negligence, the guest is obligated to compensate for the corresponding equivalent value.
~ Removal of appliances and equipment (such as towels and covers) from the apartments/rooms is prohibited.
~ Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the host refusing to continue providing services. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
~ Upon arrival, guests are required to promptly hand over or send their identity card or passport to the host via communication channels like WhatsApp or Telegram for registration at the Tourist office.
