Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy outlined below:

Please be advised that cancellations made two weeks prior to the scheduled vacation, you will be eligible for a full refund. For any cancellation occurring within a timeframe less than two weeks, you’ll be eligible for a 50% refund

Ensure that you provide your reservation details, including the reservation number, and name

Failure to arrive without prior cancellation notice will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, the entire reservation amount will be forfeited, and the mobile home will be released for other bookings after the check-in date.

If you need to modify your reservation dates, please contact us at: info@thesolhome.com as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. However, modifications are subject to our discretion and may not always be possible.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other events beyond our control, The Sol Home reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify guests in advance and make proceed with the necessary refund.

By confirming your reservation with The Sol Home, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.
